In this episode of The Brave Podcast, we get to hang out with Sarah and Richard Harney. Sarah, Richard and I go way back to my Arizona State days, “Go Devils!”.
Sarah is currently in seminary school in hopes to become a minster. Sarah talks about what it is like to preach, and how it was an unlikely calling for her.
Richard is currently works as a city planner in Ketchican, Alaska. He talks about what is is like to be a father, what it was like to be potentially exposed to COVID-19, and his relationship with God.
Richard and Sarah also go into how they met; which is a fun story that I won’t spoil here. They also talk about Richard becoming a Christian, the Ennegram, and what it is like to raise a child with Cystic Fibrosis. You’re going to love spending time with them this week; they have a love for God and such honestly in their relationship that I just love.
Sarah and Richard live in Ketchikan, Alaska with their five children.

Do you LOVE bagels? Coffee? Just plain joy?
Guys, one of my new favorite spots to visit is Clingans Junction. It's a quaint little coffee shop in Squaw Valley that is on the way to Kings Canyon National Park. If you're a Fresno local or you ever visit this area, you gotta stop here. Yummy homemade pastries and delish coffee await you.
